MyDoctorMu doctor account deletion

This page explains how a doctor can request account deletion for the MyDoctorMu app.

How to request account deletion

1. Enter the phone number used for the doctor account.
2. Tap Continue and enter the one-time code sent to that phone number.
3. Tap Delete account to submit and confirm the deletion request.

What data is deleted

• Doctor account data stored for MyDoctorMu, including the doctor profile and account access data.
• The authentication record used to sign in to the doctor account.
• Doctor availability history stored under the account.

What data may be retained

• Doctor account data is retained during the contract and legally required period when applicable.
• Financial records are retained as required by tax law.
• Medical data is retained as required by healthcare regulations.
